Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that are personalized, intimate, or perishable goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items (if opened or used)
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include your RMA number clearly on the package or inside.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at [email protected] or 415-307-5681. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
